  • What if I'm late on my payment?
    Tuition payments are due every Friday upon dropping off your child. There will be a $30 late fee applied to your tuition, and tuition cost will accrue and additional $10 per every late date.
  • What if THBS is closed on the day Tuition is due?
    If the Center is closed on Friday then tuition will be due on Thursday morning (the day before) upon dropping off your child.
  • What if my child get's ill?
    If your child becomes ill while in attendance, you will be notified to pick up your child. If you're notified to pick up your child or advised to seek medical attention the child cannot return to our facility within 24hours, without a Docter's note, and note must state treatment. This is for the safety of our Staff and your Children.
  • What if my child does not have a uniform?
    All children must be in Uniform, it is apart of our Academy Rules and Regulations. If a child does not have a Uniform one can be purchased through the school or purchased at your local store that sells them such as Wal-Mart etc.
  • What if my child doesn't attend for the week or only a few days out of the week do I still pay full tuition cost?
    You must call us to provide a reason the child will be absent. And Yes! Your full tuition is due.
  • What is Vacation Freeze?
    Vacation Freeze is designed to give Parents one week free of tuition, however, the family must be in attendance with our center for 1 year with no late payments.
